Applebee's 3 Cheese Chicken Penne

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 chicken breasts

  • 1/3 cup Italian salad dressing

  • 3 cups penne pasta

  • 15 ounces alfredo sauce

  • 8 ounces Italian cheese, shredded (Mozzarella, Parmesan, Provolone)

  • 4 tomatoes

  • 1 teaspoon basil

  • 2 to 3 garlic cloves

  • 6 tablespoons olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Chop Chicken and marinade in Italian dressing for 30 minute.

  2. Chop tomatoes, add oil chopped garlic and basil to make bruschetta. Set aside.

  3. Cook penne in boiling water.

  4. Grill or broil chicken.

  5. Divide pasta between two microwavable bowls.

  6. Pour Alfredo sauce.over the pasta in each bowl.

  7. Layer on bruschetta.

  8. Add a layer of Chicken.

  9. Add a layer of shredded cheese.

  10. Microwave to melt cheese.

  11. Serve with Garlic bread.
