YIELD 4 servings

ACTIVE TIME 5 min
TOTAL TIME 5 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 medium over-ripe frozen bananas (240g)

  • 1/4 cup milk of choice or canned coconut milk (60g)

  • pinch uncut stevia OR 1 1/2 tsp sugar or sweetener of choice

  • 2 tsp lemon juice

  • 1/16 tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until completely smooth.

  2. Once it is completely done, you can add your flavor. You can stick to peanut butter & chocolate, or add fresh fruit like raspberries or strawberries to make more of a sorbet; coconut; chocolate syrup instead of cocoa powder… whatever you want. Go crazy.

  3. Put in a plastic bag and freeze ten minutes, then cut a hole in the bag’s edge and squeeze out in a swirl.
